- Short description of the research project: This project is dedicated to the Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity and Expression, and Sex Characteristics (SOGIESC) Law Project, i.e. legal issues affecting sexual minorities, in particular LGBTI individuals. This field includes fields such as criminal law, human rights law, anti-discrimination law, and family law. Learn more about the human rights challenges facing lesbian, gay, bi, trans and intersex (LGBTI) people everywhere and the actions that can be taken to tackle violence and discrimination and protect the rights of LGBT people everywhere. These United Nations factsheets break down the problems and the solutions International On the international level, we have launched the International Academic Forum on SOGIESC Law. It is intended to involve scholars around the world interested in the field to exchange ideas and cooperate on research projects and provide anyone interested in the field with reliable and high-quality information.
